How can I sell with No38?

No.38 is always on the look-out for exclusive, luxury pieces, breathing in new life to your possessions. If you wish to sell an item / items with no.38 please send an email with photographs if possible, listing the item /items you wish to sell & we can you let you know if it is suitable for the store. no38dunville@gmail.com.

How do I know the products are authentic ?

No.38 is passionate about have only Authentic items in our store. Each piece goes through a rigorous check to ensure it is 100% authentic and in beautiful pre-loved condition. If you have any hesitation about the authenticity of an item we will get a professional to examine and confirm authenticity. Please note no.38 will not accept ANY fake or counterfeit merchandise of any kind. Thank you.

Shipping costs in Republic of Ireland

We ship nationwide (Republic of Ireland with An Post couriers for a flat rate of €10.We ship Monday to Friday and your item will be sent on the next working day.

International Shopping

We do not ship internationally. Domestic shipping only.

Returns (Online & Telephone purchases)

For online purchases emails with questions regarding authenticity, condition, etc. must be made before purchase. If you would simply like to return an item, we will of course offer you a full refund (minus the shipping charges) as long as:

You notify No.38 by email no38dunville@gmail.com of the intent to return within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item must be returned to No.38, Dunville Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, within 7 days of purchase. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use registered post and get a tracking number for the item to ensure delivery, we can not offer any refund to items that have not been delivered.

The returned item must be unworn / unused with the original tags attached. We can not accept returns where the seal has been broken on the tags.

The returned item is in the original condition when it was purchased / shipped. If you notice an item has been damaged please take a photo and email it to us within 24 hours of purchase. present at the delivery address to sign for the item.

There is no exchange on earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns (InStore)

Please note the all in-store purchases are final so please make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the item before purchasing / leaving the store. Where in-store collection from online sales are arranged, please make sure that pickups are collected within 3 days of purchase.
